Conell M. Loggenberg

From the small town of Beaufort West, South Africa, to the courtrooms and hospitals of the UK, Conell M. Loggenberg’s career has been anything but ordinary. Born in 1972 in Port Elizabeth, his early years were shaped by a passion for helping others a drive that led him to train as a Professional Nurse, qualifying in four disciplines: General Nursing, Community Health, Psychiatry, and Midwifery.

His journey took him to some of South Africa’s most well-known medical institutions, including Groote Schuur Hospital and Lentegeur Psychiatric Hospital, before a life-changing decision in 1998 brought him to the United Kingdom. There, he continued his work within the NHS at Worthing & Southlands Hospitals NHS Trust, before turning his attention to a new challenge entrepreneurship.

In 2005, he founded and later sold a successful employment business, but his thirst for knowledge led him into the world of law. Studying through the London College of Law and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, he built a career defending those whose voices often go unheard.

Today, Conell stands at the intersection of healthcare, law, and human rights. He represents healthcare professionals facing misconduct allegations, fights for individuals in civil and criminal cases, and works globally to tackle human rights violations. As a Director of Action 4 Freedom, he played a crucial role in a 2022 legal battle against the South African Government’s Minister of Health, ensuring citizens had a say in laws affecting their freedoms.

A lifelong advocate, Conell M. Loggenberg is not just a professional. he’s a fighter for justice, a defender of the vulnerable, and a man committed to making a difference, one case at a time.
